I don't use Ankh nearly enough to know what it does in most edge cases let alone here, in a run with antimatter and 2 negatives. Found this while routing a seeded run.

I had this happen too, but I wonder if it is trying to copy a negative joker and is having problems because of the order or the card.
It Says Create a copy of a Random joker, destroy all other jokers- so it wants to first make a copy of the joker, which it can only do if there is room
Edit, okay the negative part/first sentence is irrelevant, I am just really tired. But still, there needs to be room for the new joker
