I just had this issue with the game, the last time I played I saved my run and after that the problem started, I post how the game runs and my specs. I tried uninstalling the game and uploading my drivers but anything has changed.

Have you tried deleting your save-data? It's located at %appdata%/Balatro (I suggest you back it up first)

wrong folder
go to %appdata%
it should be under C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Balatro
it should then look like this

An update, it turns out I don't have that folder, I don't know what to do anymore, if there's a way to fully erase the game and start over it would help me a lot
