This seems to proc easier than campfire, but unless you already have 5~6 seals, or else its pretty bad.
Maybe give +chip or +mult instead?

you have seals pretty late anyways so scaling mult and chips would just be too slow by that time

xmult is boring and highly replaceable. Campfire is good because it fit in any build that have decent econ, this require you to have seals already.
With blue seals, it is worse than constellation.
With red seals, it is decent, but any xmult per card jokers(idol, bloodstone) or even just glass cards is better than it.
With purple seal, you can easily proc The Family, driver license for instant score improve, or scale with glass joker, steel joker if in early game.
Imagine if it is "gain +30 chip for each seal triggered, reset after each ante", it is literally stuntman with no downside for seal build. How is it mid?
