After the new update, the game visuals hang up during the first animation

When I run the game, the image will stop working somewhere during the animation of the first joker logo burning. If I click to skip it, the game will hang during the "secret from your collection" logo burning, instead.
If I mouse-drag the window, it will show what's inside correctly, but when I release it, it goes back to the stuck frame again.

(I have tried turning off steam overlay, the problem persists)

Edit: if I resize the window to make it bigger, the game itself works properly, behind this stuck frame!
