I returned to the main menu during selection in the second of two mega tarot packs (duped by double tag from anaglyph deck). My screenshot failed, only of loading screen unfortunately. But once I re-entered the tarot pack, no tarot cards were drawn to choose from, and the skip button was unclickable. I had to just start a new run.
