[Concepting] Joker Borders

You know how jokers can have special editions? Well, what if they could also have special borders around the edges of the cards that also have special effects? I don’t know anything about coding so this will just be a concept from me, but if anyone wishes to pick up the project that’d be amazing!

Borders could include things such as:

Sparkles: a random scoring card is retriggered each hand
Golden: an item in the next shop is free
Ruby: 1.5x mult
Spectral (probably yellow and blue): rare consumables (soul, black hole, etc.) are 2x as likely to appear
Negative Edge (either a shiny black like the negative tag icon, or actually a negative effect around the edge of the card): for every 2 jokers with Negative Edge, gain +1 joker slot

Kinda yeah

It is very much inspired by the stamps from autumn circus, but I tried to put my own spin on it

Plus I just really like the idea of cards having cool borders like actual trading cards sometimes have
