Game cannot launch

This issue has been resolved.
Steam prompts me to make a 5.8MB update.
After the update, it can start normally.

After updating, the game won't start. There is no screen, and after a few seconds, the steam "Start Game" button can be clicked again.
I think the game has stopped automatically.

My system is Windows7.
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work.

I clicked Cancel when steam installed VC++2022 for me. I don’t know if it is related to this.
When I realized this, I went to the Microsoft website to find VC++2022 and installed it, but it still couldn't be started and there was no change.
Microsoft said that VC++2022 supports Windows 7.

Did you verify the files on steam

and then another thing that has helped other issues is going to %appdata%\Balatro\1 and deleting the save.jkr and settings.jkr file, though this problem seems to be different
