I had 3x red seal 8 of hearts in my deck, I had used one of them previously that ante but duped a separate one with the fool. after doing that, all 4 red seal 8 of hearts in my deck became de-buffed. I have attached a small video showing the situation.

not quite, DNA creates an exact copy of a card (like death) and since you had played that card previously this ante (during the same round counts) it should be debuffed (You played card 'a' and you drew an exact copy of card 'a' via DNA). These don't get updated correctly until you either play a hand, discard or use a tarot.

That's not true, each individual card in your deck keeps track of whether it has been played that ante, and is de-buffed accordingly. You can see this with all of the Ace of Hearts that I have, only a couple are de-buffed.

the bug isn't that they get debuffed, it's that they get debuffed late
