Draw 2 extra cards when you discard.

For example: If you discard 5 cards, you will draw 7 instead.
Discard 2, you draw 4.
Would synergize a lot with stuff like steel cards or something like a flush build since you draw more cards. Even if your hand is overflowing you will still draw more cards into the hand if you discard 5, so eg. you can get like a 12/8 hand with two 5 hand discards

juggler is just +1 hand size. this is kinda different in that you need to use your discards to get extra cards in your hand instead
