Two first skips and there's a broken combo waiting in the boss' shop. There's a hearts=+4 mult joker behind a reroll in that shop that can help you start the run - make sure to finish the boss with at least 1 remaining hand (initial flush, spades flush). The first blind after that has a spectral on skip, but there's no Ankh or Ectoplasm in it (it's a trap!)
