This might not be a bug? but considering how the burglar joker gives extra hands to play when on The Needle, shouldn't Merry Andy give discards on The Water? Does this have something to do with the fact that Burglar's action takes place after the round is selected when Merry Andy triggers before the round selection? I have a hard time knowing if this is intended considering the juxtaposing interactions

Merry Andy is a passive effect, you always have it. Burglar specifically triggers at the start of a blind, yet after the boss effect, this is intentional

I guess I was expecting it to work like Burglar because they're both uncommon where the drunkard is common. oh well. thank you for explaining it to me
