Playing on latest experimental patch (1.0.1e-FULL), using a fully unlocked profile.
I was searching for a wee seed, and I found seeds people had used as recent as the previous experimental patch, where they got wee in the first round buffon pack. Multiple others had corroborated this, but when I tried the seed, I got hit the road instead of wee joker.
To test my theory, I tried other wee joker seeds, but they all gave the same result for me; hit the road was showing up in place of wee joker.
I would expect this behaviour if Wee joker wasn't unlocked on my profile, but I've tried multiple different fully unlocked profiles, and all have yield the same result.

Stuntman and vampire got rarity changes in the experimental update which will shift the order of jokers in cases like these, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done
