Here's a seed with Madness in the first shop! I just played it as a random seed while trying to complete the gold stake for the yellow deck, and managed to get a win using Madness! I'm not super sure how seeds and stakes effect one another, but I do know that you'll have to play on at least black stake in order to obtain eternal jokers that can't be destroyed by Madness (Madness still gains xMult even if no jokers are destroyed, so if all your other jokers are eternal, Madness still scales and you don't have to worry about you other jokers getting eaten!)
