It's not hidden at all, that's just how poker works and this is a game where you play poker hands. Your hand is always your highest ranked 5 card hand according to poker hand ranking rules

The order of the types of hands are listed in one of the tabs I think, so even if you haven't played poker, the priority is pretty well shown.
