completionist+ not unlocked until unlocking other achievements

i achieved gold stakes for every deck about a week ago
i was confused why i did not get the achievement at the time
today i got the astronomy achievement and then the completionist+ achievement unlocked right after

i guess this might be intentional? because the word 'completionist+' might imply needing more things.

it's a bug, the achievement usually gets rewarded after winning any other run
