I just unlocked bloodstone for the first time, and found it in the same run. Upon completion of the run (beating blue chip on a deck I was ranking up) I did not receive the appropriate chip in the collection log.
No big deal in this run, but If I'd unlocked it on a gold chip run, this would probably be very upsetting.
