Ankh bought and floating in the air

i bought an ankh while having the exact same jokers as the screenshot(already had 2 bus prior) and i used the "buy and use", it kinda used but did not do anything and it's just floating on screen now

upon going to the main menu and coming back to the game it disappears but i thought it was still worth nothing (idk if i still lost the money or not)
