Hello. I've done this for myself a while ago, multiple people were asking if they could get them too, so here I am. Currently including the modified High-contrast card colors, dark background and Enhancers pack.
Installation:
Win+R - %appdata% - OK, go to \Appdata\Roaming\Balatro folder, extract "resources" directory from the archive here. Enable "high-contrast" option in the Game settings.

Hi, am I doing something wrong? I placed the whole folder in my mods folder (and even just the resources one) and turned on high contrast cards, but nothing happened :/ I have steamodded for the record

No need to put it into mods, just into Roaming/Balatro
