Progress reset but collection stayed the same?

Please help! My account has lost all progress on it? All wins gone, all stakes gone, and all joker tags gone? My stats have also reset! However my collection is still here! I still have all the decks I did have unlocked and all the jokers I’ve earned unlocked

FYI that 1 win there is my trying to play a run to see if it would all come back afterwards but sadly nothing
