I played a five of a kind, and it didn't trigger Spare Trousers joker card. I feel like it should've given the wording of the card.

yes but the Spare Trousers reads as "if played hand contains a Two Pair". I thought that meant that if Two Pair existed within the hand, regardless of what the hand actually scores as
that does appear to be the case so I think it is a bug
