So, on the recent Veritasium video, "Why is this number everywhere", which is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6iQrh2TK98 he interviews a 100 people and even posts a Google Forms form on his Twitter (now X) account to have people choose randomly for a number between 1 and 100, and he discovers that the most common picked number was 37 (basically), so the video is about this.

The interesting part is that there are people noticing these patterns since the 90s, where there's even a website (http://thirty-seven.org/) created in 1994 where the creator is collecting references to the number 37 from around the world, and even accepts visitor entries.

Then I thought "well, why not suggest it?" and I just found interesting. We already have Walkie-Talkie, which benefits 10s and 4s, and of course, the joke that benefits 9s
I'm tired to think of all the ones that benefits playing cards now but yeah, we have several; so why not have a joker that makes a reference to the most chosen two-digits in the world since forever, 3s and 7s?

Anyway, here's the websites Veritasium has mentioned in their video that might help in the research, y'know, for a name, or a better mechanic, if this joker suggestions ever gets in the game (this reference sheet is extracted directly from Veritasium's Youtube video's description – all credits and reserach goes to Veritasium):
