I figured out Stone Joker was my last joker so I started taking tower at least once per run to try and get it. After 10s of runs I still didn't get it. Once I got Marble Joker and had 5 stone cards I was able to get Stone Joker in a few rerolls. Stone Joker requirement actually 5 stone cards instead of 1? (I already unlocked it and was just waiting to find it)
