Glass Joker (gains x0.5 mult for every glass card that is destroyed) does not interact with Ectoplasm Immolate when it destroys a glass card in hand. ("destroy 5 cards in hand, gain $20).

That's def a bug, since it works with hanged man. Would be nice to also make sure that using immolate scales Canio correctly
