During the Luxury Tax challenge I encountered this bug. My hand size is 0 which means I am unable to play either of the offered Spectral cards, but I am also unable to skip the pack

Encountered the same issue on PS5. Didn't realize what happened before coming across this post.

Softlocked my run and persists through quitting to main menu and closing and reopening the game
