This happened after I had two double tags, skipped for an arcana pack. The tags activated, and at the same time I rerolled the boss blind on the top left. Both arcana packs showed at the same time, and the game crashed when I finished using cards from the first arcana pack. Upon reopening the game, and pressing continue run, it takes me to the shown screen, where no tarot cards are shown in the arcana pack, and I cannot press skip. Unfortunately I couldn't continue the run in any way, and had to start a new one.
