Ok so - I got a 2xdouble tag and decided to screw it, let's see if I can double my polychrome joker stencil. That's 3 spectral choices. The first one was Ankh (sweet). Used it of course. The second one was also Ankh, used it again (i didn't know it would count one of them as "the other joker") so then I'm left again, with 2 poly stencils. The third one was Ectoplasm and something else (i did not use any previously, nor did I reduce my hand size at all) but they were both greyed out. I couldn't choose the ectoplasm and I couldn't skip it. I panicked and quit to main menu, reopened the run and the game shat itself. Is there any way to force the game to skip? I don't want to end this run so soon
