#Game won’t open on laptop, RTX4060 GPU

Try to download newer version of driver
Or download Mesa wrapper for OpenGL 2.1 simulation.
This helped me to launch the game on very old laptop.
Thanks, I already tried updating the driver (twice), will try Mesa Wrapper too
I will also try another wrapper called Wine at this weekend
How can I download Mesa wrapper? The website suggests a 2 hour procedure, is this the only way or am I lost?
I've been using this one
It takes like 1 minute to download
Same page, but scroll down to the middle
Unzip the opengl file and drop it into the balatro folder
@sturdy jungle any success?
I’ll try soon, thank you very much!
It worked! Thanks a bunch
This is something that's a problem on my laptop as well. The wrapper .dll does work, albeit very slowly (as opposed to my desktop's performance). I would think that it's something with the integrated GPU, but disabling my iGPU and otherwise forcing Balatro to use the NVidia card still wouldn't work.
I've been trying to use any other wrappers, but in my case only Mesa is working. Without it, game says that there is a problem with fragmental shaders and my hardware doesn't support this feature.
There should be some way to have it work without a wrapper. I do want to ask:
Do you have 2 GPUs, one integrated and one not?
