Party Clown (Common, $4): First played card of each suit gives +35 chips when scored.
Laundry (Common, $5): +18 mult. -4 for each unique suit in played hand.
(Note: For each joker, wild cards randomly choose a suit that hasn't already been counted.)
These jokers are intended to have simple effects that still add additional considerations to playing hands and provide a slight directional nudge to player's builds. Party Clown is also intended to create a more organic bridge into Flower Pot, since I feel there's still a lot of unused design space for jokers that push players to include more diverse suits in their hands.
