I have 149/150 jokers unlocked/discovered. I am only missing the Stone Joker in my collection.

I made the mistake of 'discovering' the Stone Joker in the Medusa challenge first which I understand does not count towards the collection. I now try to unlock/discover the Stone Joker in a regular run but he no longer comes up as undiscovered and when I use him it does not seem to register it (I assume because it was already 'discovered'). Therefore I am stuck with this and do not know what else to do.

Marble Joker is not Stone Joker

for Stone Joker to appear, you must have at least one stone card in your deck, or it will never appear

Now I feel dumb having thought this was the one I was missing but I was just mixing them up due to the stone nature. I guess after countless hours of playing with stone cards in the deck I still have not encounter him. Thank you for clarifying

Lucky Cat appears only if you have Lucky Cards in deck

same for Glass Joker for glass

Golden Ticket for Gold

#

and Steel Joker for Steel

this was to make sure that jokers were at least not absolutely useless
