When you restart the game, To-Do List changes, even if you're on the same seed. I learned this from running Seeded for some high score stuff I was routing.
In case it's unique to the seed or specifically Ante 0, it's 6FCKWFSZ. To recreate it quickly, you need to play the small blind, grab Credit Card, grab Hieroglyph, Reroll, play the big blind, Reroll, grab Riff-Raff, and it will create To-Do List. I originally did this with a High Card -> 4oaK, but have since seen Straight and 3oaK as its starting hand instead of High Card. Restarting the game and repeating the process changes what's on the To-Do List.
