moving jokers is possible while a hand is being scored, but won't change anything until the hand is finished scoring
the hand finishes scoring and you beat the blind, then the game registers the new joker order and then it does the end of round gold cards
if they were steel cards they wouldn't get retriggered by bs copying mime because that happens while the current hand is still being scored which means joker order is not updated
so this is intended I'm pretty sure

if they aren't, that's a big nerf to red seal and mime
actually, the easy fix might be fixing the state of BP/BS after last hand
so if you move mime around after playing hand it does not update BP/BS
