Heyo!! I'm working on this mod for a few decks, jokers, etc. and want some people to test play!
Currently have 4 decks:
If you play, let me know if there are any way to improve the decks!! From balancing, to art, anything! Also please let me know which deck was your favorite to use!!

Start with a modified deck.
-1 discard, -1 hand.
The 2's in the deck have one of each (vanilla) seal.
Sulfur Deck
Start with a Death card and Overstock
Jokers are appear less often (equal chance to Tarots and Planets)
Jokers rarely have editions
Aurora Deck
Start with an Aura card
Jokers and Playing cards always have editions
-3 joker slots, -3 hands.
Hallowed Deck
Planets and Tarots no longer appear in the shop.
Playing Cards now appear in the shop by deafult.
(Shouldn't affect the boosters, but I haven't tested much)```

the art is very pretty though i must say, aurora looks so nice it makes me want to play it even though its an even harder version of one of the more rng challenges in the game

sounds good, only problem that might happen with aurora deck is that all the jokers cost more so it can be hard to buy 1 at the first shop but i think it should be fine especially since you can sell the aura card

Fixed the deck freaking out when you opened it
Sulfur Deck
Edition rate has been turned back to normal
Hallowed Deck
Now auto-gives Magic Trick so it doesn't appear in the shop

haven't played the deck enough to really know for sure but i think giving aurora deck a plasma-like debuff which makes antes scale faster would be cool, main issue would be getting out of the first ante since i'm not sure if you can tweak scaling starting after a certain like at the first boss (where you'd likely have a joker). i plan to play more when i'm not busy but wanted to give feedback regardless

i forgor to playtest and give feedback. so heres some aurora ideas (because thats the deck i've played most)
start with hone + glow up instead of guaranteed editions
or
blacklist all joker edition based things (hex and wheel of fortune, tags) and give all jokers one of the debuff stickers (rental/perishable/eternal)
oh yeah and i'm not sure the lemon lime deck needs the negative parts, checkered is better. it'd be nice if the 2s were wild as well

No bugs after extensive playtesting. My only feedback is that the animation for the new planets lingers on the screen for a little too long. Would be nice if it were more in line with the "nope" timing from Wheel of Fortune.
Obviously very petty so don't go out of your way to change this

i think theres a different way to add the deck backs that makes it work with other deck mods. i think it doesn't matter as long as the other deck mods use it instead of you but still worth looking into

yeah, i felt as though the packs were much more powerful than the vanilla packs, being able to give a spectral or pretty strong joker
although that was when suits pack had two guaranteed jokers in development, now technically could have any number of them due to rng
iirc 70% chance for consumable, 30% for joker

After a handful of runs the 100% price increase is untenable, even on white stake runs. On high stake runs these packs actively make your run harder as you are often priced out of a large part of the shop. Very reminiscent of the current orange stake that the dev is removing for this reason. I see your logic for the price increase, but I think they should be cut by a significant percentage. Until there is a mod that permits more packs in shop or allows pack rerolls, I think the packs at their current price is a negative to the game

i think a slight bump up would be fine, since there's a much higher chance the packa give you something directly helpful to you instead of just being a dud (since you know better the types of effects you might get)
