yep, cortex is the issue. I was about to post about this problem, but then I saw this, went into task manager and stopped the razer cortex service which solved the issue.

Are the devs going to fix this? Cuz i just miraculously won a run with my game like this. I doubt that'll happen again. This wasnt an issue for me days ago before the latest update.
