If you step through this interaction frame by frame on YT you can clearly see the mousedown on sell (button goes down, dark green), then he mouses over to use (sell button comes up, use button goes down and goes dark red), he pauses for a split second, then releases the mouse button. Considering the state of the buttons, I would expect the card to be used, but instead it's sold (confirmed by the animation on the left side).
