Purchasing 10 Blank Vouchers did not unlock Antimatter Voucher, NOT due to Challenges

I purchased 10 blank vouchers and got the popup message that Antimatter Voucher was unlocked, but in my collection it still shows as locked with a question mark. I've only run one challenge so far, and to make sure that didn't cause an issue with the blank vouchers I have now run up a total of 13 purchased blanks, with no effect on the locked voucher. I think the activation message has passed and the voucher is bugged.

when you say locked with a question mark, you mean undiscovered

so no bug
