[Balance/Cheat] Add Overstock Voucher (+1 Shop) to every run!

Hello everyone!
This mod adds the Overstock Voucher (+1 card slot in shop) to every stake after black.
This mod was meant to make later stakes more doable. I'm happy to hear your feedback.
NOTE: This makes the game easier, please always disable mods if you are running for a speedrun/highscore with other players.

Added a new file for those that wanted Overstock (+1 shop slot) to all runs! (Beware that they stack)
