Game Crashed At The End of A Run?

I finished a balatro run on painted deck, and at the end of my run my game crashed. i didnt think much of it but i loaded the game back up and all of my stats have been reset. My best hand, most played hand and other stats are set to 0 or n/a, but i still have all my collections and decks that i had before the run. is there anything i can do to get those stats back or are they lost? also every single time i go to start a new run i get the tutorial joker pop up and explain everything to me.

would also like to add that while i kept the decks i had unlocked i lost the stakes i had on each deck, reset back down to white stake on each

I had the same issue happen on PS4, however it unfortunately corrupted my entire save.

yeah ive been messing around with runs even though my progress wont save, i just won a white stake run with the ghost deck, checked the ghost deck and still only had white stake unlocked. im hoping its not the same issue but it seems it might be because it didnt record any of the statistics from that run i did, had a 3.2 million hand and the game tells me that my highest hand played is 0 so theres obviously something wrong

hey, idk if your still interested but resetting my profile on the balatro menu bottom left has fixed my game file, yeah you will have to restart and unlock all the jokers again but you will be able to earn the stakes on decks again, and who doesnt love a fresh start 🙂

I mean, at least there’s the unlock all, but I did pretty much unlock all the decks from winning with the more “basic” decks and just have the stake based ones left to redo

Just gotta be more wary, might even use PS+ clouds later

i'd like to say that i also ran into this exact same issue:

ended a run, returned to menu and it crashed with an error similar to the one in https://discord.com/channels/1116389027176787968/1218170200675844198 this thread. when i opened the game back up, everything except my Collection has been reset.

looks like my game crashed when trying to write to my disk which was completely full, but i don't think that's the part that matters - seems like if maybe if it crashes while handling a save in general it does this?
