When I started the boss blind my first hand spawned a King which did not receive the face card debuff. If I'm not mistaken the reasoning is because it was given a seal by the Certificate Joker which I think canceled it out/blocked it. Unsure if that is intentional behavior so I figured I'd make a post just incase 😄
