I beat the "Rich Get Richer" challenge and continued it into Endless Mode where I scored well over 100M but the game did not unlock the Stuntman Joker. There is no way to select a seeded Challenge Run in the game menu so the seed in the screenshot can easily be checked for a difference by losing one game in Rich Get Richer in Ante 1 and consulting the Game Over stats. Furthermore, the game does not explicitly state anywhere that players cannot make unlocks or discoveries during a Challenge run, which is why I'm reporting this as a bug.
