I see there was a patch where bug that gave people Completionist+ achievement without actually beating all the decks was fixed. But now there seems to be a problem with actually getting it. I've completed all the decks, ingame menu says 120/120 but still no achievement

no, If I did use it I wouldn't have 71% on stickers (I think)

profiles that used unlock all will have red bars instead of blue, so nope unlock all wasnt use

I would try and just win another deck on any difficulty to see if it's delayed still maybe.

You were right. Not sure if ANY win would count, but I've won once more on golden stake and achievement appeared
