I'm not sure this is something a lot of people deal with but for some reason when I beat the 8th ante on both my blue and yellow deck runs, it didn't unlock the new decks they were supposed to. From what I remember, they were both random seeds so I'm not too sure what's going on. The blue one I went to endless mode on and the yellow one I went back to main menu and played till I lost

I have the same problem! I beat the game twice with blue and red deck and it didn't unlock the new deck. There is no real ASSISTENCE in this game to ask for fix-it...

You did a seeded run. Seeded runs can't unlock anything.
