Blind requirements panel did not appear after continuing a suspended run

Super minor bug but just popped up. I was playing this run and suspended it today but didn't quit Balatro (I was only gonna be gone for a minute). When I reloaded the run the panel showing the required score for the blind didn't appear. It correctly turned into the shop right afterwards. I'm on an ultrawide monitor on Windows if that makes a difference.

This was before it's supposed to retract into the top of the window, it just never showed up while the score was incrementing.

Happened again today. Exact same steps taken to reproduce, I quit to main menu and without doing anything else reentered the same game. The panel with the required score did not reload
