Very nice challenge imo! I almost never use riff-raff in normal runs so I found this really interesting. Just 2 things I noticed:

Temperance is waaaay too strong. Was is supposed to be allowed?

(This is just a cosmetic thing, no need to do this) In the "modifiers" part of your code, you don't have to mention all of the modifiers, the not mentioned are set to default and in game they're shown as grey. It makes it a bit better to see which modifiers are different and which aren't.
