Would be lovely if anyone knows how to go into the cloudsave and pick the save before it gave me an error code (I don't remember what) and then my save was gone.

I had 143 out of 150 jokers unlocked and had completed all the challenges

I was able to get a bunch of stuff back by editing my save, but the server rules ask not to share exploits...

mine's not wiped but it reset my unlock progress for all the decks + jokers. it's odd though because it kept all my completion stats so I've cleared gold stake with decks I haven't unlocked yet

if u all playing in legally game on steam that you should never lost progress because this game has steam cloud

I have played 42 hours on my steam deck. I just installed it on my PC for the first time and my save has been altered. My unlock stats are not accurate, but the stakes for my decks have stayed, but all other decks are locked again. Is there not a way to reload a local I might have on my steam deck? Very discouraging.
Just curious if there has been any comment made I am seeing reports of this issue pop up but no real solutions yet. I feel like if there are ways to recover saves I would really appreciate some grace be shown as its not for exploit but just to keep progress. Such a shame its an amazing game.

unlock progress + card stats get reset but completion progress with decks + joker clears remains

I lucked out and had played a couple of rounds on my mac a little bit ago and its cloud sync was turned off, so when I reopened it I had everything maintained. I tested this using the broken saves first. If you turn cloud off, play a hand, exit the game, then turn cloud sync back on Steam will prompt you to pick between local and cloud.

steam cloud still "has the save" but something went wrong. For instance, it shows that I beat the game up to black stake on the checkered deck, but it shows the checkered deck is locked... doesn't make sense logically.
Likewise, it will show I have red stake on a joker, as in I beat the game with it, but that joker is locked. Also illogical.
