Idea being, this wouldn't let you reroll which tarot/spectral you got BUT it would let you get a chance at copying/augmenting/destroying more preferable options
This might be better as a Jonkler, but I don't know. Choosy would be unlocked by using Picky to reroll your hand a certain number of times

Maybe it should reroll the entire pack? I think it'd be nice to be able to use stuff like Sun for conversion decks even if you draw a bunch of heart cards the first try
So maybe you can't be AS picky as 'I want these options but a different hand', but instead just reroll the booster pack
