Jokers such as Hologram and Throwback apply playing cards added to the deck and Blinds skipped before the respective Jokers were acquired, but Constellation only accounts for Planet cards used after it's been acquired. Is this a bug? And if not, could it be made clearer which Jokers of this type function retroactively and which don't?

Things that are retroactive are usually written as "gain X for every instance of doing Y in this run" e.g. Throwback gains Xmult per blind skipped in this run
Jokers like Hologram, stone joker/steel joker/etc retrieve the whole deck, so it doesn’t matter when you acquire the joker. Others just as Thonk says, has “this run” wording, like throwback and fortune teller.
Thanks guys, that makes sense. I guess Constellation also seemed a bit underpowered to me, since it only adds 0.1x per card, while the others add 0.25x, but I guess people use Planet cards more than they skip blinds or add cards to their deck?
tbh constellation needs a buff
