As shown on screenshots, only the Vampire Joker that is ahead gets the buff. I feel like when I play an Enhanced card, both should get the buff. If it's meant to be that the first one consumes it and so that's the reason why the second doesn't get the buff, then I think some change in the description is worth it, as I think there are other similar posts about this too
