I watched a stream where the streamer's Brainstorm whiffed ten consecutive Bloodstone activations (which would happen (2/3)^10 = 1.73% of the time if it turned out that the copying were implemented correctly).

Blueprint does work on bloodstone just fine, either the joker order wasn't proper, or they were just really unlucky, which is bound to happen

The Joker order was correct.
And yes, I'm aware that luck could be a possibility, which is why I qualified my message with the probability calculation.
If someone can provide a video showing Brainstorm triggering Bloodstone at all, then we can put this thread to rest.

how it works is that bloodstone has a "pool" of triggers (basically a line of 1 for trigger or 0 for no trigger going something like 110001101001001110101)
Whenever brainstorm/blueprint copies it, it also copies the same pool

so for this example I put in bloodstone would trigger 1 time if it is the leftmost joker, then whatever next joker is copying it would trigger 1 time, but the 3rd one wouldnt cause its a 0
