Hello! Currently on the newest version on PC, and for some reason the antimatter voucher unlock did not unlock, even though I have met the requirements. What can I do to fix this?

if you meet the aquirement on seed or challenge play non/seed challenge and get it and it should work

ive never done seeded but maybe i hit the requirement from challenge. Does it record the count of times you've purchased the voucher even for seeded/challenge runs?
right now im at 13 times purchased according to my collection page
