#Clearance voucher incorrectly discounts Gold Stake booster packs

Gold Stake, ante 6. The booster packs in the current shop cost $9 and $13, respectively. I bought the Clearance voucher, and the booster packs were discounted to $8 and $11 , respectively.
Expected prices: 0.75x$9=$6.75, and 0.75x$13=$9.75.

clearance voucher discounts the packs before orange stake is applied, I believe it's intentional
